What is the radius for which in-store pickup is offered?
500 Miles from our retail location in Cary, NC. When checking out, the LRG website will ask you to input your address. Once entered, if within a 500-mile radius, the option for ‘In-Store Pickup’ will show up as a shipping option.

How will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?
As you would receive an email when your order is preparing to ship and shipping, you will still receive that email. When the order has ‘shipped’, it is in the process of being transferred to Limited Run Retail. After that, you can pick up during store hours.
What are the store hours of Limited Run Retail?

- Wednesday: 5 pm-8 pm
- Thursday: 5 pm-8 pm
- Friday: 12 pm-8 pm
- Saturday: 12 pm-8 pm

How long will I have to pick up an order once it arrives at Limited Run Retail?

What do I need to pick up my order?
You must have proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email and ID.
What if I’d like my friend/family member to pick up my pre-order?
They must have proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email and ID.
Will I receive any reminders to pick up my order?
Yes, the retail team members will give you a courtesy call as a reminder.
Are returns allowed on an item picked up in the store?
Yes, within 7 days of pickup, unopened items can be returned to the store for a full refund. The refund is processed on the back end by the Customer Support Team, and the refund may take 3-5 business days to appear.
What if I don’t pick up my order?
Orders not picked up within 30 days will start the return process. The Limited Run Retail team will process as a ‘Return’ and complete entry for non-pickup. The customer support team will then process a refund.
What if I selected In-Store Pickup, but now I want to ship my item?
You will need to reach out to the Customer Support team for assistance and available options.
Can I change currently shipped items to ‘In-Store Pickup’?
No, only items placed once the ‘In-Store Pickup’ has gone live are eligible for pickup in store.
What about in-hand items, such as Vault items? Are they eligible for pickup in-store?
No, currently only orders containing just pre-order items will offer the ‘in-store pickup’ option.
