You can now instantly change the shipping address of open pre-orders without the help of an agent. 

All you have to do is:

Head to manage pre-orders, type in your reference number, email, and update your address. 

*Please note: In-stock items and pre-orders placed before Jan. 8th, 2024 can be changed by logging into your account, clicking on the unshipped order, and selecting “update shipping address.” You'll need to repeat these steps for each unshipped order.
