What currency will I be charged in?
All UK customers are now charged in £ GBP.

Does the price shown include VAT?
Yes - all prices include UK VAT. There’s nothing extra added at checkout.
 

Will I be charged duties or fees on delivery?
No - the price you see is the total product price, whatever the size of your order. Nothing is added at checkout and there are no surprise charges when your order arrives.
 

Will my card provider charge me a transaction fee?
If you’re paying with a UK bank card, you shouldn’t see any additional transaction or foreign-exchange charges, as you’re being charged in GBP.
 

What exchange rate will I be charged?
None - the price we advertise is the price you pay. No exchange rates to worry about.
 

Why doesn’t the GBP price match the old USD price converted?
Because it isn’t a conversion - it’s a dedicated UK price list. Our GBP prices are set to include UK VAT, import duties, currency costs, and protection against exchange-rate movements, so the price you see is complete and stays stable.
 

What happens to order’s I placed before the change?
Nothing changes - existing orders (including pre-orders) are honored exactly as placed, at the original price and currency.
 

Will the price change during a pre-order?
No - prices are set in GBP and stay fixed for the duration, with no day-to-day currency movement.
 

Are there any extra charges?
The only cost not included in the product price is shipping, which is calculated based on the size of your order. Shipping times and delivery options are unchanged.
 

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
You’ll receive back exactly what you paid, in GBP - no exchange-rate risk and no fees deducted.
 

Has anything else changed?
No - payment methods, our returns process, pre-orders secure with Purple Dot and where we ship from all stay exactly the same. The only difference is simpler, clearer pricing in your own currency.
