What currency will I be charged in?

All Canadian customers are now charged in $ CAD.

Does the price shown include tax?

Prices are shown before tax. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) and any import duties are calculated and added at checkout, so you’ll see your full, final total before you pay.

Will there be any extra fees on delivery?

No - everything is settled at checkout. There are no surprise charges, courier fees, or duty bills when your order arrives.

Will my card provider charge me a transaction fee?

If you’re paying with a Canadian bank card, you shouldn’t see any additional transaction or foreign-exchange charges, as you’re being charged in CAD.

What exchange rate will I be charged?

None - the price we advertise is the price you pay (plus taxes and duties shown at checkout). No exchange rates to worry about.

Why doesn’t the CAD price match the old USD price converted?

Because it isn’t a conversion - it’s a dedicated Canadian price list. Our CAD prices are set to cover currency costs and protect against exchange-rate movements, so prices stay stable rather than shifting with the market every day.

What happens to order’s I placed before the change?

Nothing changes - existing orders (including pre-orders) are honored exactly as placed, at the original price and currency.

Will the price change during a pre-order?

No - prices are set in CAD and stay fixed for the duration, with no day-to-day currency movement.

Has anything else changed?

No - shipping options and delivery times, payment methods, pre-orders secure with Purple Dot and our returns process all stay exactly the same. The only difference is simpler, clearer pricing in your own currency.
