What currency will I be charged in?

Our European prices are set in € EUR. If your country uses a different currency (for example Poland or Sweden), you can shop and pay in your local currency, converted from our fixed euro price.

Does the price shown include VAT?

Yes - all prices include VAT for your country. There’s nothing extra added at checkout.

Will I be charged duties or fees on delivery?

No - the price you see is the total product price. Customs and import charges are taken care of by us, so there are no surprise charges, courier fees, or duty bills when your order arrives.

Will my card provider charge me a transaction fee?

If you’re paying with a European bank card in the currency shown, you shouldn’t see any additional transaction or foreign-exchange charges.

What exchange rate will I be charged?

None to worry about - our euro prices are fixed, and any local-currency prices are converted for you before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Why doesn’t the EUR price match the old USD price converted?

Because it isn’t a conversion - it’s a dedicated European price list. Our euro prices are set to include VAT, customs and import costs, currency costs, and protection against exchange-rate movements, so the price you see is complete and stays stable.

What happens to order’s I placed before the change?

Nothing changes - existing orders (including pre-orders) are honoured exactly as placed, at the original price and currency.

Will the price change during a pre-order?

No - prices are set in EUR and stay fixed for the duration, with no day-to-day currency movement.

Are there any extra charges?

The only cost not included in the product price is shipping, which is calculated based on the size of your order. Shipping times and delivery options are unchanged.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

You’ll receive back exactly what you paid, in the currency you paid - no exchange-rate risk and no fees deducted.
